HOW TO APPLY
Line & lash like a pro in two easy steps!
Step 1: Shake well before use. Apply 1-2 layers of our Power Liner 2-in-1 Eyeliner + Lash Adhesive from the inner to the outer corner of your lash line and let it dry for a few seconds.
Step 2: Apply your favorite lash directly on top of the extra-tacky eyeliner. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner and outer corner for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.
Can be used on bare eyelids or over eye makeup.
Pro Tips:
- For best results, store the eyeliner tip upside down for optimal ink flow
- Apply Power Liner on the inner and outer corner of lash band for maximum hold and to prevent lifting.

It works with any lashes! It’s not sticky, it looks and feels like a regular eyeliner. It doesn’t affect my eyes and I fell in love with how easy it is to now put my eyelashes on. Definitely will stay buying this liner.
